The team at Roi-AI founded the company with one goal in mind: to create an automation product that offered recruitment agencies true return on their investment.
It all started with an idea
Much like many other great ideas, Roi-AI was born out of frustration with the status quo. Having worked in the recruitment industry for many years it was clear to the founders that comparative with other sectors, there were plenty of opportunities for technological improvements.
Having discussed what some of the solutions could look like on many occasions they decided that the only way to bring about change was to take action. Once this decision was made things moved quickly to development and two years later Roi-AI was brought to life with our first client located in Melbourne, Australia.

The Name
As with anything, choosing a company name is a complicated process. But when it came down to it we were all clear that alongside our goal of generating recruitment agencies more revenue, the one thing the platform absolutely had to do was show clear return on investment or ROI (we pronounce it Roy!), this coupled with some clever artificial intelligence (more machine learning for those who like to be specific) led us to Roi-AI.
